Location: The concept for building this exceptional property had begun by finding a unique, wonderful piece of land, on top of a hill, with easy access, overlooking (but not being overlooked!!!) many kilometres of country-side with impressive high mountains and then down to the Mediterranean with several ocean-front cities, the Bay of Malaga, Gibraltar and on clear days to Africa. Only 4 km away from the next bigger city, 5 km to the next golf-course and the beaches, even with a yacht-harbour. Malaga-Airport is only 45 minutes by car.

Property: This property was developed and supervised under construction by its´owner, a German building-engineer. It was built to highest standards of  quality and unique in its design.

Entering the gate, you follow a driveway, framed by palm-trees, up to the house. On each side of this driveway there are either a lovely cactuss-garden or a variety of different,  well selected Palm-trees. Driving through the next gate, there is ample parking-space for 3 cars. The arquitecture of this house was designed by using many andalucian features. The roof of the covered entrance area rests on columns.

This fact assures lots of light and a good air-circulation through-out the house and seasons. All windows are double-glazed in PVC (German brands), with blinds and mosquito-nets. The house has a gas-central-heating system (Vaillant), also usable for hot water. A huge water-tank of 15,000 litres, under the garage, delivers the water. Mains electricity plus a generator provide the necessary power for any need. Most of the rooms have satellite-T.V. and telephone connection.

Several terraces surrounding the house make it possible to enjoy either private sun-bathing, or a relaxing rest in the shade. A pool is not existing yet, but there is plenty of space on the terraced, 2,500 sqm plot.
